A high vibration means you feel free to be yourself. You are in a state of happiness, peace, and love. You feel lighter: physically, emotionally, and mentally. You feel more powerful and clearheaded.
If you’re a sensitive woman, your energy is everything. When your energy is clear, you feel calm, light, and in control. When it’s not, you feel overwhelmed, drained, or anxious.
Raising your vibration means returning to your natural state. What I call the Diamond Frequency.
Here are 15 ways to do just that!
🌿 Shift your inner world
1. Increase your self-awareness
The more self-aware you are, the easier it is to make positive changes in your life. When you increase your self-awareness, you become more in touch with your thoughts, feelings, and actions. As a result, you can more easily make choices that align with your highest self.
2. Be grateful for what you have
Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations there is. When you are thankful for what you have, you open yourself up to receiving even more good.

3. Let go of what is no longer serving you
This includes negative thoughts, toxic relationships, and anything else that is holding you back from being your best self. If it doesn't make you happy, let it go!
4. Repeat positive affirmations
Affirmations are powerful statements that can help to change your mindset and shift your energy. When you repeat positive affirmations, you reprogram your mind for success in all different areas of your life.

When you visualize, you create a mental image of what you want to achieve. It can help you manifest your dreams into reality.

When you exercise, do it with joy. Find something you enjoy. When you enjoy your workout, you'll get more out of it and raise your vibration in the process.

Clutter can be physical, mental, or emotional. If you want to raise your vibration, it's important to remove clutter from your life. This means decluttering your home, mind, and heart.
11. Get into nature
For me, one of the fastest ways to shift my energy is going for a walk in nature. I love spending time in the sun, go for a walk in the park, or simply sit outside and take in the beauty of the world around me.

In today's world, it's easy to get caught up in everyday life and forget to disconnect from technology. Take a break from your phone, computer, and TV and spend some time in nature or doing something you love.

When you live with intention, you make choices based on what you want to achieve. You set goals and work towards them. You live each day with purpose.
