
15 Ways To Raise Your Vibration

If you’re a highly sensitive woman, your energy is everything. It’s easy for us to feel overwhelmed, drained, or anxious if we don’t take care of energy consciously.
Having 'a high vibration' means you feel free to be yourself. You’re in a state of happiness, peace, and love. You feel lighter: physically, emotionally, and mentally. You feel more powerful and clearheaded.
It’s what I call the Diamond Frequency.
'Raising your vibration' is about aligning your energy with the frequencies that bring you joy, love, and abundance.
So, if you’re feeling low, here are 15 easy ways to raise your vibration!
Shift your inner world
1. Increase your self-awareness
When you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and actions it’s easier to make choices that align with your highest self.
2. Be grateful for what you have
Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations there is. When you are thankful for what you have, you open yourself up to receiving even more good. You can keep a gratitude journal and write down what you’re thankful for each day. It’s a simple habit, but it’s the easiest way to raise your vibration.

3. Let go of what is no longer serving you
This includes negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, toxic relationships, and anything else that is holding you back from being your best self. If it doesn't bring you closer to the life you want for yourself, let it go!
4. Repeat positive affirmations
Affirmations are very powerful! I use them all the time. These are positive statements that help you change your mindset and shift your energy. You’re reprogramming your mind for success. Whether that is in love, career or health.

5. Visualize
When you visualize yourself happy and peaceful, you create a mental image of how you want to be. Visualization can also help you manifest your dreams into reality.

6. Drink plenty of water
I drink water all day every day. It helps to flush toxins from the body and keeps you hydrated. Drinking plenty of water is a simple way to improve your health and raise your vibration.

7. Eat healthy foods
What you put into your body affects your overall health and well-being. Eating healthy foods helps to improve your mood, increase your energy, and reduce stress.
8. Exercise with joy
When you exercise, make sure you have fun doing it. Find something you enjoy. When you enjoy your workout, you'll get more out of it and it raises your vibration in the process.

9. Dance
When I dance, I feel amazing. And it makes cleaning so much more fun.
Dancing is a fun way to get out of your head and into your body.
So dance like nobody's watching! Let go of your worries for a while and allow yourself to feel the pure joy of movement.

Clear your environment
10. Remove clutter from your life
Clutter holds your energy down more than you think. When your space feels heavy, your mind often does too. Start small: clear one drawer or let go of something that no longer feels right. When you create space around you, you’ll start to feel lighter inside too.
11. Get into nature
For me, one of the fastest ways to shift my energy is going for a walk in nature with my dog. I also love spending time in the sun, going to the local park, or simply sit outside and take in the beauty of nature around me.

12. Disconnect from technology
In today's world, it's easy to get caught up in all the information that is coming at us every day. Take a break from your phone, computer, and TV and spend some time in nature or doing something you love.

13. Live with intention
When you live with intention, you make choices based on what you want to achieve, who you want to become and the life you want to live. You set goals and work towards them. Living each day with purpose is living in a high vibrational state.
14. Start journaling
Writing things down helps you slow down and connect with yourself. It clears your mind and brings your thoughts into focus. Even a few minutes a day can make a big difference.
